Our new allotment is finally ready for use after much hard labour.

What veg can we plant at this time of year? We are complete veg beginners so any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Broccoli would be my suggestion, especially purple sprouting B. But in the next two or three weeks. It's usually ready to pick around March or April.
