        Certainly was @Logan. :)
Funnily enough it was the first Iranian meal I had ever had, sadly though cooked by his flatmate...and left a lot to be desired!!!! But then I tasted hubs version......yum yum! We forgave his flatmate.....he became our best man, and is still a good friend:roflol:

The link was just to show the kind of meal ,hubs doesn't follow recipes. It's a little different to his mum's version... but the lovely chunks of dried lime really make the dish so tasty.:)

Thankfully there is some left over for today, mmmm I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!!

Last night we made a vegetable curry - very tasty.

I currently have cottage pie cooking - simple comfort food. Ideal for the current situation

              A complete mix of foods.

A home made veggie soup (I suppose I could call it Minestrone)
Spaghetti Bolognese cooked with lots of onions, tomato and red wine
Rhubarb and blackberry sponge - rhubarb freshly picked, home grown blackberries from the freezer but sieved before adding and sponge because I felt like it :heehee:

A Gammon joint boiled, then roasted, Roast Pots & Broc. Probably the last meat joint until the panic buyers stop overfilling their shopping trolleys.

I've got some Aldi rib-eye steaks in the freezer (always have a stock of them to save the drive to and from the shop) and they're for sale at £20 each if you want them  :lunapic 130165696578242 5:
