I'm going to guess at the Heucherella is a cross between Heuchera and Tiarella. If i'm wrong I'll blame it on a wee bit of sunstroke. :)

I'm not 100% certain but I agree with Fens:

a huecheralla is a cross between a huechera and a tiarella .... all from the same family

there some new ones now .... one of my favourite plants

I'm awaiting 10 huecheralla solar power .... one of the few yellow leaved plants that grow well in sunny positions ...

I have also ordered Huecherella sunrise falls and redstone falls for a hanging basket .... plant these 2 together in hanging baskets and you have colour 12 months of the year

I have planted redstone falls before, with yellowstone falls, but sunrise falls is a new one to me ... all trailing plants

    here is sunrise falls:

    Hi Dim
you and others have been singing the praises of Huecherellas . I just have to try one ! I can't recall seeing any in my local GCs - not really looked for them though. Could you give me short list of trailing ones if poss ?

    TIA

I bought a sunrise falls a few weeks ago and it's looking great now. As it's so new to me I don't know what will happen as the year goes on but it's attracting a lot of attention right now - looks like a shaft of sunlight even when the weather is dull.

I checked out before I bought mine and yes the cross is heuchera and tiarella

    Hi Harry

the 3 that I know of are sunrise falls, yellowstone falls and redstone falls

I buy them from here: (large plants and healthy for £6 each):

    http://www.plantagogo.com/acatalog/NEW-HEUCHERELLA----Redstone-Falls--PBR-811.html

    http://www.plantagogo.com/acatalog/NEW---HEUCHERELLA--Sunrise-Falls--PBR---NEW-for-2012-1083.html

    http://www.plantagogo.com/acatalog/NEW---HEUCHERELLA----Yellowstone-Falls--PBR-812.html

what I find works well, is that if you have a large hanging basket, plant a redstone falls with a yellowstone falls (or sunrise falls) .... the red leaves contrast well with the yellow leaves

I'd also be interested to try the new huechera magnum in a basket:
    http://www.plantagogo.com/acatalog/NEW---HEUCHERA----Magnum--PBR-804.html

only available in july .... but here is a better pic showing it (massive leaves and I think it would do very well in a hanging basket together with sunrise falls)

lovely plants and the nice thing is that they change colour as the seasons change, and are in leaf for 12 months of the year (even in snow) .... from what I have read, they trail more than 3 feet

I find they do well when fed with a seaweed foliar feed once in a while

      check this video ....

Bought Heucherella Alabama Sunrise (Predominantly yellow) groundcover. Cost £7.99 but split into 5 separate plants so I felt it was quite a bargain!

just finsished planting 25 huechera georgia peach and 10 huecherella solar power in the pub garden

garden looks 'bright' now ... owners are happy .... the combination of the 2 colours go very well and contrast

I must be doing something wrong ... took me 4hrs to plant 35 huechera ... unpack all the huechera, place them in position, remove the wrapping, water each one with a watering bucket ...

dig a hole ... add compost ... remove the plant from the pot ... add rootgrow ... fill the hole with compost ... water .... add volcanic rockdust... topdress with worm humis .... water again ... move to the next one and so on

i thought it would take an hour and a bit
