The rain that was forecast for yesterday turned up at noon today, it's still raining now and will be driven by high winds again tonight and tomorrow. A day to hibernate me thinks! :) 12C/54F but feeling warmer than that.

Haven't been up long and can already hear rain dripping from a dodgy piece of guttering so it looks like we shall be stuck indoors for most of the day:sad:

Yesterday started off cool but soon warmed up with sunshine all day. The temperature reached 74F/23C by late afternoon.

It had dropped to 60.8F/16C by 3 a.m. and then started rising again  By 5 a.m. it was 62.7F/17C and now, 7 a.m., it is 63.2F. It's quite windy and looks as though it wants to rain, but nothing yet.

It's a lovely sunny day with wall to wall blue skies. It's 17C which isn't bad for Liverpool at the end of September.

I drove to Baslow in Derbyshire today and the weather kept fine and dry with lots of cloud of varying degrees of grey. The temperature crept up 61f for awhile but then slipped down to 59f and stayed in that area for the rest of the day. Right now the temperature is 50f and the pressure reading is 1029mbs.:coffee::snork:

Quite a sunny day here, but I dont think it got better than around 17C, certainly starting to feel very autumnal.

Not as much Sun as Pete, but the temperature stayed at around 57f, fairly cloud covered skies and very little breeze, the latter helping to keep it feeling fairly warm and comfortable with it staying dry. The temperature at the moment is 48f and the pressure reading is 1015mbs. I believe the forecast for next week is clear skies and lower temperatures.............we'll see:dunno::heehee::coffee:

It didn't rain on Thursday and, by the afternoon, turned out warm and sunny. Friday was also warm and sunny after a slightly colder morning but we got ten minutes of very heavy rain around 10 p.m.

They've forecast a lot of rain for today and I hope we get it. :fingers crossed:

6.5 deg C at 8:00 this morning, would have been a degree or so less at dawn. Chilly autumn mornings have arrived.

A grey, dull, cool day, [53f], with some gentle rain every now and then. Only one of my cats, [Jenny], made a couple of sorties into the garden while my other cat, [Sally], sat on the Coir mat on the inside of the Kitchen door and watched the rain:cat-kittyandsmiley: So it's still grey, dull, and raining occasionally with the temperature still at 53f and a pressure reading of 1013mbs. The forecast is for clearing skies, [Yeah, right:whistle:], and temperatures down to around 37f .............we'll see:dunno::heehee:
