Whats your Weather Like.? 2014..

In a word Wet and windy oh no thats three

 

Leaden skies to start and then the heavens opened around 3pm. After initial torrential rain for about half an hour it then settled into steady heavy rain for about three hours. The wind gradually picked up to gale force and is currently starting to ease, the sky is starting to clear even though it's now dark, 15C.

I think the Moon has blown away up here

 

In the words of Jim Royle " Ex hurricane, my a**e!" I have trees bent to 90 degrees over the road, hail stones trying to come in from the cold and more rain than any gutter could cope with! I hope this passes soon!

 

Oh, and no chance of seeing a lovely full moon...

 

Rain and gales overnight and blustery this morning but a lovely big cloudless blue sky

 

Windy overnight, it's a clear start but there's still a cool wind that's quite gusty at times

 

It's TIPPING IT DOWN. Very blustery showers then brief spells of sun. Think me and the garden are getting a bit tired of it all now,
