        At last we've had some rain although it's not enough. Two hours of gentle rain this morning followed by drizzly showers this afternoon. A cold, windless, gloomy day, 13C/55F.

          Bright and sunny spells today. Thunder storms yesterday, day before was blowing a gale!

              At midnight the temperature was 59F and rose to 61F by 2 a.m. It then fell again because of the rain we had for an hour from 4 - 5 p.m. and is now 57.6F Sun is out but clouds on the horizon.

                      Well had the usual dull start, a nice sunny morning would be good.
                      Cloud eventually cleared around midday, then the afternoon was sunny, 25C.
                      On the downside was the strong gusty wind.
