    It was very windy during the night but there's a bit of a lull at the moment. When it's light enough I'll do a patrol and check for damage. With a bit of luck it will only be branches that will need clearing.

            Hope evrybody is ok down South. Up here there is zero wind and looks as tho it could be a nice day. Never fails to amaze me how the British weather can change so much within such small distances.

              At 1am the wind was blowing so hard it shut the back door before I'd even gone through it! :doh: The sun is shining now, but there are still gusts out there. A day indoors for me today I think :heehee:

                    The temperature has stayed in the middle 40f's, with not much rain [2mm]. but of course the wind has been the main feature. During the night the wind got up to 23mph, and then lessened in the morning to around 14mph. Now it has dropped to just over 7mph with the Garden Weather Station forecasting clear skies in the next 8 or so hours. Right now the temperature is 45f and the pressure reading is 978hpa.:coffee::snorky:
