Same here Shiney but what a cracking day..yes cold and frosty this am -3 but such a treat to see the sun again

 

Complete contrast to yesterday's sunny and calm day, Cloudy with a strong SE wind gusting to 60 mph along the coast whipping up huge waves.

 

All day sunny intervals but very cold, still getting a young hedgehog feeding, i think that the bigger one is hibernating, haven't seen him for a week.

 

-5C/23F at 9am. The frost stayed all day despite beautiful sunshine, 1C/34F. It was difficult trying to defrost the bird bath and a few hours later it was frozen again.

 

30/11/19 A heavy thick frost during last night, soon cleared. Great to see the sky again. Past few days it's been continual rain, storm rain at times, dull almost dark leaden skies. Today I'd have liked to wrap up warm and go for a walk across the fields. Sadly lots of pain stopped me.

 

@Sheal same here. 6" of snow forecast for tomorrow so not a big dumping. These four unforgiving seasons certainly make a person sturdy

Blue skies and sunshine this morning but a tad cooler, high of 9C with a low of -3 tonight. Just off outside as I love working in the garden on days like this.

 

Just come in for a warming cup of coffee.

Update...high of 7C and a low of -4 tonight.
No doubt that will change again at some point today!

It's been nice in the workshop.

Bron is into crafting and a while ago she bought two hearts to decorate; at the time I made four more and I've just made another six; when finished Bron gives them away as presents; it's a lovely hobby for her and she can practice it indoors where it's warm and cosy.

I also cut lots of aluminium blanks these will be used for practicing TIG welding.

It's bright and sunny but still cold; makes a change from Blackie trying to drown me.

Two bought hearts and four I made ready for Bron to decorate.



The six hearts I've just made fully sanded with all sharp edges removed; drilled for ribbon. What a nice morning I've enjoyed in the workshop just pottering around.



Lots of aluminium welding blanks for use as practice pieces whilst I learn TIG welding.
