Yes we always get a strong blow around this time of the year, the trees are now in pretty much full, but soft, leaf.
The damage is usually very noticeable.

We have a weather warning in place for strong winds on Friday and Saturday , around 41MPH in the early hours and all morning. There will, sadly, be a lot of damage to plants and trees which are at the moment in full bloom/ blossom.

Lovely morning here ,sun is shining and the bird's are in good voice!!
Rain is suppose to be arriving this afternoon then the fun and games start with the strong winds. Time to batten down the hatches and take a last look at all the spring blossom and blooms before they get blown away!!

A swathe of clematis has decided to leave its moorings and launch itself into space.
Just the beginning of what's to follow over the next couple of days. Mini GH is battened down to the cast iron bench so that won't go anywhere.
