We've had very thick fog all morning, even had to cancel some flights from the local airport.

Even though the sun was shining away above it, it just kept hanging around. However all is utterly gorgeous out there now so we are off out NT visiting .....slightly later than planned but never mind.

So mild in Birmingham today that I had all the windows and doors open to air the place out. A large dog in a small flat can make the place a bit whiffy. Especially in the winter when ventilation can be a problem.

 

Yes in Redditch was very warm in the afternoon. Never had trouble with our dogs and any smells, even when we had 5.

 

Mostly sunny but with a strong wind blowing again this afternoon. Temperature up another 2 degrees to 12C/54F. Nights have been mild too over the last few days between 4-7C/39-45F.

 

Yeah... a lot of dog owners think that.....

Today 15.2.19 Fairly heavy frost at first. Window cleaner arrive 10.45 and was sweating. Enjoyed our usual cuppa and chat. Remembered after lunch, one o'clock news time, I had some daffs, hyacinths and tulip species in the car so decided to plant these up....with downstairs cat keeping me company.
I have to admit, it was such a nice day. I've been really down of late. I suffer with IBS and have been basically confined to home, plus four years ago I was diagnosed with cancer and have undergone four ops. To top it all. Yesterday 14th would have been Valerie's birthday. So YES, a great day for me.

Thank you Mike, they loved having their photo taken and I trained them all. Wone trophies at training classes up to the advanced classes, never showed them but from working and show lines.
