        It started raining about an hour ago and with it the winds have dropped, but in that hour we have had a total rainfall of 5.7mm which will do the garden and the wildlife pond good. Right now the temperature is 47f and the pressure reading is 995hpa.:coffee:

                    Blackie was here last night ensuring we weren't troubled by dust and he's still putting plenty of rain down; another wet black hole outside but indoors it's wonderful. A gentle breeze unlike yesterday when Gale was trying to remove the bungalow from the valley side. :biggrin: I've quit moaning about our dire weather because I've no control of it. :yahoo:

                      Bron says I look like I'm from outer space. £400 welding helmet; I can't buy new eyes so money well spent.

                      TIG welding practice this morning; I'm working through the joints; I can weld corner joints and I'm making progress on these lap joints; if I stick at it I'll succeed.

                      I was hoping to do some rotavating today but with heavy rain last night and into the morning the ground might be too wet. :sad:

                        Started damp, but only 0.5mm of rain overnight.
                        Its fairly windy, but I dont mind that as it dries things out, got the greenhouses fully open, getting rid of condensation.
                        Sunny 11C so a bit better than yesterday, for Jan I'm not complaining.

                              Thanks Logan; the helmet is actually quite light; it's amazing how these welding helmets work; I now use this one for all my welding work. :)

                              It's still raining so I had another welding session this afternoon shutting the world out and enjoying myself. Bron busied herself with her card making hobby. :dbgrtmb:
