Whats Your Weather Like 2025

We had a wonderful 25mm yesterday, our dams are benifitting and we have come out of critical.

Overcast this morning, 14c going to 16c and rain ...

 

5 degrees and a mix of white clouds and blue skies, about 50/50, no noticeable wind and dry.

 

Cold and cloudy again. 6c. At least there's no wind.

Better tomorrow with full sun and 11c. But there will be night frosts of -2c.

We had a short sharp shower yesterday afternoon and it looks as if there's been another splashing overnight. Another grey start today, but forecast to brighten up later and be sunny for most of the week. Then showery again at the weekend. Not that I mind rain now that we're getting into spring, the plants need it, but I would rather it came on the days when I'm working.

 

First the good news, its not raining.
Now the not so good news its thick grey clouds cold and windy.

Wall to wall sunshine and a good day to get out for a coastal walk so went off to Portmahomack a fishing village in Easter Ross. Quite breezy there, temperature 10C/50F.

11c by this afternoon is what they are saying. Wow! All day sunshine, dry. I would actually welcome a couple of hours of rain TBH...

 

Bright and sunny today, frost on the ground, long may this dry weather continue as I am still recovering from the complete nonsense that was last August. I saw on the weather last night they mentioned slug numbers are way down due to the dry weather, the only slugs I have seen so far in the allotment are leopard slugs which eat other slugs
