Whats Your Weather Like 2025

Just been for a short walk, should have worn a jacket, the gusty wind is freezing, not so bad in the garden with some wind protection but still a struggle at 14c.

Cant believe to days can be so different as yesterday was warm.

 

The sun is now out, but with a gusty wind off the very cold North Sea it's only 8 degrees, but the grass was dry, so I have had the lawnmower out.

 

Today was a repeat of yesterday.

 

I thought I was getting some respite from watering due to what I thought was cloud cover, how wrong was I when I smelt the smoke and ash blowing around. Two steam trains were scheduled today to go down the North west coast line, which resulted in cinders causing ten fires over 4 miles long. The fires started about 3pm this afternoon and they are still tackling the fires and its now 10.30pm.

Popped up the Greenhouse just now and it feels like -1 out there. Bright though will warm up after breakfast to say 15C.

 

No rain forecast until 14th April and then only light....
Hosepipe ban looming ?

Good morning all, sun and cloud with a high of 12c .

 

No showers yesterday. Sun was out earlier overcast now, 12c/ Forecasting showers and temp of high teens.

 

Another sunny day with temps ranging from 7c to 15c. Very blue sky with a couple of wispy clouds. Slight breeze which suits me

 

9c going up to 15c. Another very bright and sunny day. Hopefully the chill wind will disappear. Still wearing a jumper!

Going up to 21c later next week. It's very dry so we could do with a downpour. Spending most of my gardening time on watering.

 

More of the same. Good for drying the washing, not so great for the garden.

 

Another sunny day although chilly first thing and the breeze is keeping it cooler.

Frost risks all week. Looks like rain from next weeeknd…
