Whats Your Weather Like 2025

Too cold for man, beast and plants out there. It may be 10c, but a brisk NE wind ruins everything. The GH is stuffed full for the next day or so when it may warm up a bit. Still bone dry and forevermore it seems. I think it gets down to 2c at night. My runners are sitting in their peat pots ready for planting out, but it's just too cold.

 

4 degrees inside the greenhouse last night and now 9 degrees outside, dry and less windy today, watered everything as we too have no rain forecast.

It is 50f 9c and the high is guessed to be going up to 54f 11c with lots of clouds and some rain. They are saying it won't get much nicer until maybe Thursday.

I suppose Mother Nature is telling me to get my behind in gear and do the inside jobs I've been putting off!

Has been sunny intervals but now it's cloudy, all day had a cool breeze from the north east temp 13c feels like 10c.

Had a light shower this morning but it has been mostly sunny and a high of 22c, sunny now and 19c but a wind of 31 gusting at 50 km/h so too brisk.

 

I've had mine on all day, the wind is diabolical and some fleeting showers blown along until mid afternoon, now not a cloud in sight but the wind persists.

Max was 14c for a short time, 12c was probably more realistic.

 

We're up to 56f 12c and lots of wind is moving what light stuff the clouds are spitting down.

I haven't turned my central heat off at all. When it gets warm, I open things up to get fresh air through but if it triggers the thermostat to fire up the furnace, I close the doors.

 

I thought it was Sunday when I wrote that! I did see the forecast (36 mins 44s in, if you want to catch it) and the high pressure is going to keep it dry for most of the U.K. for the next 10 days. Looks a bit warmer for next weekend. Frost risk for some the next two nights.
