Whats Your Weather Like 2025

Well now it's hissing down and it's in for the day by the looks not going far today though. I just walked up to check on some new planters OH made up yesterday , purple-podded peas x2 and Sweet Peas , another with Cosmos Pop socks to see if they've been munched overnight , luckily No !! It's 15C slight breeze and overcast .

 

but we need it !
and I know the slugs are enjoying it - they've eaten all my lettuces and have started on my peas but now they've got some slug pellets for dessert !
(yes I've put slug pellets down - I haven't got time or money to waste on growing food for slugs)

 

12c damp we did have steady light rain but not for long, weather man yesturday said we should get some good rain early morning

 

I am liking that you all are getting rain so the cracks in the earth will disappear, the forks will get into the ground and you won;t have to lug watering cans or have hosepipe bans/

No such luck here. Currently it is sunny with a breeze, 17c going to 29c.

Murky start, very wet overnight, the garden looks like it's appreciating it!
About 15c max.

Steady gentle rain, which has been going on all night. Just 12c going up to 16c. The garden is enjoying it and I haven't seen many slugs yet.

 

Raining here but supposed to dry up later, and similar tomorrow.

The ten day forecast is indicating a warm spell in the middle of the month. A tease??…

 

It's been raining this morning (2mm) but the forecasts disagree on how likely it is that we'll get much more today.

 

13 degrees, very blustery, extremely wet. Acceptable for early April, but it happens to be June.

Mind, today is looking positively lovely compared to Saturday's forecast.

 

Mostly bright and breezy today, dry and not too warm at 13 degrees, so I shinned up a ladder and cleaned the gutters on the front of the house and painted them, I should point out we live in a bungalow, so this 75 year old has not been taking huge risks lol.

 

It is 68f 17c which to me is lovely. The sky is still covered in clouds and we had a pretty decent rain last night. It is much appreciated as I put down soil and grass seed yesterday in some of the patches left to fill in. The guessers say there is a chance it will rain intermittently throughout the day which is just fine with me as I have loads of things to be doing inside.
