Cloudy though blue sky here and there set for the day . Wind 16 mph so nothing to stop a few hours gardening .

 

Dry-ish day ahead and temps will range from 16c to 20c. Cloudy though!

Good morning all,sun and cloud with a high of 20c,less windy.

 

Lightly overcast, 19c going to high 20s. Then it looks like a heatwave starting with temps up around the 40s.

 

Cloudy and 24c.

Still no rain. The lawns are brown and crispy.

 

Yesterday there was dampness/spitting in the air for quite a lot of the day (nothing in the gauge though). It was windy too so that probably evaporated more from the plants and soil than the amount they got from the meagre rainfall.
We had another tiny bit of rain early this morning (0.5mm) but now the sun is breaking through and it's still, so starting to feel muggy already.

It is 6:30 my time and 76f 22c and only going up to 90f 29c which is a big improvement from yesterday. I forgot to take a pic of the thermometer reading at 3 p.m. yesterday that read 107.4F . It is still very humid however today is cloudy so much more merciful.

@Victoria , please accept my apologies, it seems we have foisted off our heat wave and sent it on to you

Warm and muggy now. About 25°C but feels warmer in the still air.

 

Still too hot, ok I know we should moan. A little Rain wouldn't go a miss
