14 degrees and breezy, doesn't feel cool which is weird. Had rain and more imminent in the next few seconds.

It rained on the top of this Welsh hill. About an inch. 25mm.
When you're in a caravan, you notice these things.
It might not have rained at home, 9 miles away. I shall report back later.

Yesterday was sticky and muggy all day, but this morning we have had some rain , 4mm. The sun is out now but there might be more rain coming, depending which forecast I look at. Usually when it's hit-and-miss showers like that we get more misses than hits.

@Jiffy It didn't reach Shineyland until close to 1 p.m. but we then got 7cms of rain in half an hour. We've been out drying the neighbours' two cats as they looked like drowned rats. The neighbours are living with their in-laws whilst their house is having a lot of building work done but turned up with towels to dry the cats after we had already done it. :noidea:
It's too dangerous for the cats to have access to indoors with all the building work. They sheltered in our greenhouse when the thunder started but ran out when the monsoon was making so much noise on the glass that they got frightened. I saw then rush off down the garden.

It's been dark clouds and overcast threatening rain all day, but we haven't had any.

It brightened up but a breeze still about. We have a drizzle icon for 5-6am then dry for the week - hotter each day until Sunday (as it stands). My Asilbe’s have finally wilted so always a sign that the ground is way too dry.

Its been diabolical all afternoon with massive downpours, almost flooding in places.
                          Still threatening now.

24mm here most of it this afternoon, mud, mud glorious mud.
Why is it you don't realise how overgrown your garden is until it rains, cant walk up the garden without getting soaked.
