It is a lovely morning. Just sat out in filtered sun and re-potted a small Choisya ternata that was not looking too well. Clear sky and 28c ...

 

We started the day at 80f 24c but will only be going up another couple of degrees. Then the guessers say we will cool down. They also said there might be a bit of free water but I won't hold my breath because it's only "60% POP". It used to be that 40% and under, forget about it, but now it seems that only 70% and up is more reliable. Hmm, does that mean the guessing is getting even less odds on being right?

 

After last night's rain I went to Allotments to dig the remaining first early spuds. Sad to report the ground is still dry and hard half a fork depth down.

 

Its felt cold today in the blustery north wind, the rain did finally stop but lots of black clouds around and just sunny spells, they say more rain tonight and into tomorrow morning.
19c, coldest day for ages it seems.

 

So dark I have put the desk light on, raining and 16 degrees, it was nice and sunny this morning, rather unpredictable at the minute.

 

A lovely day. Been pottering outside between tennis games (watching Wimbledon; not me playing!)

 

High of 36.7c today with a warm breeze. Full sun now and 36c.

13c with a fairly cool wind blowing.

 

No rain for us today its 11C here at 6 a.m already. Glad we did a good watering of our potted plants last night with our new water hose adapter. Blue sky and calm aswell.

 

After yesterdays thunder storm we seem to have a nice day in prospect, but having witnessed the waterfall from the guttering, I need to clear the moss out first..................good job we live in a bungalow.

 

A cloudy start but the sun should break through soon. Still only 17c expected as a max temp though. Another dry day ahead.
