Whats Your Weather Like 2025

Good morning all,cloudy and some sun ,windy but dry,a high of 20c this afternoon.

 

A few clouds but mostly sunny now and a fresh breeze. Tuesday looks like the hottest day next week but pretty warm and no forecast rain for the next week or two!

With decent rain not forecast , our hosepipe ban seems likely to be here permanently.
Shrubs and perennials looking Autumnal now and the Camellias and Azaleas will struggle to form next Spring's flower buds,

We went to Bath by train at 8 and had pleasant weather with 19c, cloudy mixed with some sunshine. Went home by 1 o’clock just on time before the sun got stronger.
If there was not the scary outlook of no rain ever, I would have enjoyed the weather.

 

Got to 35c but now 32c; A warm breeze all day.

 

It started out sunny then it clouded over with a stiff breeze this morning, slow process but we got to 26c by late afternoon after the sun came out properly.

Mostly clear now now with just a few clouds around that somehow seem to always be in the way of the sunshine.

 

I’m hoping any clouds will clear for a view of the full moon tonight.

 

Hey, we have made it to 29.6c ....... our heatwave starts tomorrow ...

 

All day it was sunny intervals and a gentle breeze from the west temp went up to 23c now it's 19c feels like 19c

 

Mostly sunny with a few spots of rain and a strong wind blowing from the south west. 17C/63F

 

A strong wind all day but bright and quite warm and dry, got the front fence and gate painted with wood preservative, so that's another seasonal job out of the way, just a shed and the summer house to do.

 

Still no rain and the heat is building up to 31c on Tuesday. I have not enjoyed the garden this year as the hot dry weather has ruined a lot of plants. This must be a record dry year. I would love to know how much rain we have had.

 

I also couldn't enjoy any of the weather knowing that this year will not end good.
Let's hope we will get rain this year.

The MetOffice uses RAF Lyneham which is around 15 miles in the other direction (SE) from us. On that side of Wiltshire has a different weather what we have, because we are part of the Marlborough Downs.
