@Victoria after reading your post i stopped feeling sorry for me!

 

It has clouded over and we have had two drops of rain, so now it is not only hot but also humid.

Ah well, only 3 weeks till autumn.

 

Yep, reality dawns, summer has gone and another year of growing.

 

It rained @AuntyRach you were right ! Just finishing of weeding and splitting a lot of Ajuga and Acorus down it came , dashed inside well it is time for dinner.

 

Just looking at the radar and it looks like the "heatwave" is over.

Hot and humid today but we’ve had a dribble of rain tonight.

 

It got to 28c today, but went cloudy and was so humid. It was best to stay indoors. We also had a brief shower, but the spots hardly joined up.

Tomorrow it's even hotter.

This must be the driest summer ever.
