Thick cloud and a gentle breeze from the east temp 17c feels like 19c

 

No heat wave here today, thick Harr rolled in off the sea 14 degrees and no sun forecast today, not a breath of wind, might get some grass cut as it's cooler.

 

Good morning all, a lot cooler and thick cloud,high of 18c.

 

The only place I've ever experienced 50C temps was Abu Dhabi in June/July. Fortunately we had an air-conditioned office, but one day I had to go out at lunchtime to sort out a flight ticket change for the return trip.
The hottest it's ever been here was 40C, one day in July 2022.

 

It's feeling slightly damp in the air this morning, but I don't think it'll develop into actual rain.

 

18c currently, thick clouds, up to 24c in the afternoon.
Yesterday evening was very warm and muggy with 23c, when I went to bed. Compare to the evening before with just 10c, one wonders what changes the air inside 24 hours.

 

It has been hazily overcast and windy all day 32c

 

Still thick overcast and a spot of drizzle in the wind from time to time.
It felt warmer earlier but the wind suddenly sprang up this afternoon and it's down right draughty now.
19c is about it, the 4 o'clock clear up is forecast on an app I have but that was an 11am clear up, then a 2pm clear up.

Cloudy all day, which I really enjoy.

I just realised that the bank holiday weekend is this weekend. The rain is forecast for the end of August.

 

Not a cloud in the sky now.

 

Cloudy all day here too, 21c and still no rain forecast.

 

We are a wonderful 26c with a breeze so we sat out for an hour to get some fresh air. Our warnings are off thankfully for now.
