Whats Your Weather Like December 2024

It's dry here, but there are some very strong gusts of wind. The oak trees on the golf course make a lot of noise - it sounds like we're on a beach. And the branches are really swaying. They are quite bendy.

12c and dry all day, then downhill with heavy rain later and into the night. At least it won't be so windy then.

 

Damp grey, ridiculously mild for December, some gusts of wind. Not much hope of gardening today.

 

The sun is trying hard to break up this African dust haze, just peeking through and 14c

Good morning all ,cloudy ,quite a wind with high of 12c so mild for December.

 

We had a little bit of rain yesterday evening (only 0.5mm in the gauge) then it turned windy overnight. So far today it's gusty, very mild (14C) and alternating between dark cloud and sunshine. Rain is forecast for this evening and then a sunny but cool day tomorrow.

 

140 dozen, that's 1680 cookies,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,wow.

 

A tad draughty with 40 mph winds, sea looks quite rough so may go fishing again later. 11 degrees, so mild here too.

 

Its been mostly dry after the early rain cleared and the wind dried things up nicely, managed to get some pruning done without bog surfing.
13c max.

 

The sun finally broke up the dust haze for a couple of hours. Only got to 18,2c not 20c. 17c now and overcast.

 

It's been lashing it down with rain for a few hours and there's still more to come. I could hear it on the roof. Luckily there's not much wind.

Currently 9c.

Tomorrow will be dry and fresher at 6c.

 

In spite of the forecast, and the un-promising start, it was mostly dry and quite a reasonable day. Very mild.

 

It was dry enough to have the washing out yesterday.
Today will be cooler, with 7c, and down to 1c tonight.
It's currently raining but will be dry over the day, and hopefully with a bit sunshine.
