Snow overnight that turned to rain this morning. The temperature is now 5C/41F. The rain has stopped for the time being and it's been sunny and calm. Later the rain returns with snow again overnight.

The rest of the week is forecast to be a mixture of rain and snow with daytime temperatures dropping into minus figures centigrade.

Slightly windy but not what was forecast. Seems to have a delay and is waiting for the fireworks time.
10c and still pleasant outside. Just checked the tree fern and added another fleece protection. Hopefully it will not be as cold as said yesterday.

Have good evening into 2025, weather team.

It's still 10c here, but the winds are picking up and the rain is about to start. I don't care what it does tomorrow as I'm not going out till Thursday. We shall enjoy roast beef and some red wine, so it can rain all day.

Happy New Year weather girls and boys.

The wind appears to be getting pretty strong and gusty now.
Temperature has risen slightly as the evening has gone on.
