Cold, bright, with a breeze that made it seem colder yet again. The temperature now is 34f.

Sunny all day yesterday and warm(ish) in the sun, but it dropped to zero by 1 a.m.

No frost this morning but dull.

4ยบ and grey here, with only a very modest breeze. Can't believe that we have had to put the heating on during the day in April.

Wind is viscious and unfriendly here. Not nice on 'tother side of the glass so I'm staying indoors,

The wind was the chief factor today, it blew harder and you knew it was coming from Siberia. It was a better day yesterday as at least there were blue skies. Today it was grey, with what looked like dark rain clouds being driven from the East. My Weather Station was predicting rain/snow but it stayed dry all day. I would like to visit a Nature Reserve sometime this week but I'll wait until the sky is brighter.........which was not today! The temperature right now is 35f but in the wind it feels a lot colder!!:coffee:

Still got the cold east wind here, but at least it got brighter as the day went on.
By afternoon it was mainly sunny with only a little cloud and while not exactly warm, it was pleasant enough in the sunshine as long as you kept busy and didn't stand still for too long.

We are now going the other way ... although we still have rain coming through we are reaching temps of 18c and next week forecasted for low 20s. Must stay, it's looking great, everything green and all the Spring wildflowers are out ... wild White Iris, wild tiny Gladiolus, wild Sweet Peas, Daisies and Malvas of all sorts, the horrid Oxalis pes-caprae even ...

We still have rain in the forecast for April but we will be warmer and things are looking good here ... :spinning:
