Heavy rain most of the day with very strong winds but mild, 12c.

 

Very windy this afternoon with heavy drizzle.

 

Sunshine first thing this morning but clouds soon blotted that out. Drizzle from early afternoon onwards and windy. Warm though at 12C/54F.

 

No sunshine here today, in fact our lane flooded as it always does in heavy rain. We get a run off the hilly fields.

The rain has gone, the winds abated and blue sky out there right now. Heavy showers though are forecast and more rough weather for a day or two yet me'thinks

Strong winds ,wet and gloomy here....again!

 

Yesterday afternoon just missed a tree falling down on me. If i was a minute earlier.

 

Heavy showers and gale force winds, not a day to be out!

 

It "hasn't happened" @shiney because we have got all of it. I'm off to swim to the supermarket as trudging round the aisles is slightly better than watching what is pouring out of the sky. Who would have thought not that long ago we were having to be really careful with water and are now having to restrict the horses's hay as there is b all available around these parts to buy due to the summer drought.....bonkers.

 

Had some very heavy showers, but now the sun is out with a slight breze
