Doesn't look like a cutting from a very strong plant, it may take a while to get going, but they are very responsive plants given lots of feed and potting on regularly.
If it was mine I'd put it into survival mode now, so not too warm, but say a night min of 10C rising to 15C during the day, and as much natural light as possible.
Only water when its looking a bit dry.
After it gets moving say in April, pot it on to a pot a couple of sizes bigger, then again, and again.
Feed well once growth gets going around May time.

Still feeling rather annoyed with myself over my cutting, I ordered another one, arrived today, I could see the difference in quality straight away.

A word of caution...apologies if this has already been mentioned.....brugmansias are toxic in all their parts. Beware esp if you have inquisitive pets or children
However, I once grew a huge specimen in the garden.:) As I recall it was some 6’ tall. Lovely plants but no longer part of my garden now

Yes I'm aware they are toxic thanks @Verdun , I think it's one of those things better said over and over rather than not mentioned at all :dbgrtmb:

Both the cuttings I have are coming on a treat, I've scoured the internet today to see how to care for them i.e. food, watering, with no joy, loads of info for the plants themselves and how to take cuttings but nothing on how to grow on the cuttings, can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

Loads of water and feed, difficult to overfeed a brug when in full flight.
Pot on regularly, as soon as the pot gets full of roots.
Sunny at the moment but some shade in mid summer is beneficial.

Extremly valid input Verdun. I am of the mind that to constantly remind all our gardening friends of the perhaps danger zones of plants, is a good thing. I can't imagine any wise gardener objecting to frequent reminders.

I have to admit. I am not familiar with this plant. Might I suggest the RHS.org website and the plantfinder area.
