Where to get a barrel to make a rotating composter?

a 200 litre barrel looks about the right size - maybe people could comment if that is too big / too small for a medium sized garden?

Our local council sells composting barrels quite cheaply, might be worth checking if yours does the same.

 

I believe they do but I guess it would be a dalek type thing which would not be easy to turn into a rotating composter.. It woud be worth ringing to check through...
