Your Day (apart from gardening) - what took place?

@Logan I just watched both videos and they were fascinating and so . Thank you.

I think the Collard Doves have made a nest about 2/3 way up the Callistemon because there are all kinds of noises coming from there and lots of to-ing and fro-ing. I will see if I can get a picture later.

@Logan Where I think the nest is located is near the red dot. It must be 25 feet up so I can only watch from afar.

We played Skip Bo on the patio in the shade (best of three, I won) then later Backgammon (best of five, I lost).

 

I painted one side of my new trellis.....then made the mistake of moving the sheet on the floor that the paint pot was sitting on ! Thankfully it’s a water based paint so it came off the decking fine but stone is a different story, I need to purchase some methylated spirits to get it out....I could kick myself

Very slow process but spring cleaning the small family lounge. I've drawn up a spring cleaning plan ( honestly Vicky it's all carefully thought out...and I won't overdo things ...I have rest days in the schedule too!! ) . Fingers crossed it will all be done by the time our 3 and their girlfriends come down to stay with us in mid July!!!! It's like Christmas....we're all so excited at seeing each other.. We haven't all been together ( at the same time) since Christmas 2016!!!!

 

It better be ... but remember to laugh occasionally!
