As pro hairdresser that's not actually correct, and as your hair is coloured to some extent it's damaged and most likely very porous, so leaving it in for a prolonged time can have a negative effect..albeit feeling very soft.:blue thumb:

Thanks for the information, I've just read it, it said that if the conditioner is oil based it's good to leave it for longer. I use a coconut conditioner so that's coconut oil so it should be alright. shouldn't it? Usually I leave it on for 10min.:)

I'm always in two minds not to colour my hair but can I get used to the grey, what I'm worried about it is that it will make me look older.
If I didn't it will reduce the plastic waste a bit.

Washed a pair of curtains and put them out. The linings going to do tomorrow.
I get so enthusiastic about gardening I forget about the housework.

@Logan coincidence that. I need to go out and buy more drapery lining later. I usually buy it by the bolt from the manufacturer but, it seems faster to just go to a local retailer and get the little bit I need to finish a current project. I'll order a bolt later.

I'll be on the road most of the morning and exercising my lungs. That's the only time I sing along with the radio. When I'm in the car, alone, with the windows closed. And the gods thank me for being kind to my environment!

And then I need to get some court papers completed and filed for someone. The drafts are done but I go over them numerous times multiple checking for typos or grammar errors before submitting.

Easily done, thats why I have housework days or if the weather is good then it's afternoons or evenings as our garden is at its hottest then and without shade.:dbgrtmb:

It's too hot to be working in the garden, and I'm SO fed up with being in the house on my own since Beryl died ... so I went out. I went to a place about 7 miles away for a walk around a lake, and at least there were people there that would exchange a smile with me.

I haven't shown any photos of it because I want to put them in a thread on their own. I'll do it later. I need to find Bella cat now,
and have some chocolate ! I need some chocolate ! :noidea: :heehee:
