Hi Sal, that's a nice plant.
I'm not sure about it being Y. aloifolia.
I have a Y. aloifolia plant which is now a 9ft high clump.

The leaves look too wide and floppy for aliofolia, so its difficult to say how hardy it is likely to be.
A general rule seems to be variegated/ coloured leaved cultivars of most plants are not as hardy as the true species.
-10C for a yucca is not that unusual, but I do find some of the really hardy ones can suffer even in mild winters if it's very wet.

Thank you Pete , as you say it seam to suffer the rain , like every other yucca at the moment , apparently is a yucca desmettiana hybrid wich is market as hardy to -9 .
I`ve recently seen many new species of yucca around garden center , but many are really expencive and not sure if they will survive.
Didn`t get the name but saw a tricolor red yucca , it was stunning .
this yucca look really nice and would like to lose it , so I`m thinking of potting and move in extreme cold or wet.
