You have to empty the old cache of phone numbers first. Hands up who can recite their childhood phone number without a second thought?

 

We didn't have a phone in my childhood @ViewAhead . Well, early childhood. I can remember the number of the house we lived in though .

 

Well … your brain has space for one extra password then, @Plantminded.

My childhood phone number is so ingrained, I actually use it as a password.

 

Snap, I use the number of my childhood home in my password .

 

Another yes to remembering childhood phone number @ViewAhead , also used in various guises for other codes too!

 

Our first phone number was the same as our Co-op divi number.

 

Me too! I can remember our first telephone number for our lovely black bulky bakelite telephone . Funnily enough, one of my PIN numbers is exactly the same…..eek

 

My family didn't get a phone until my brother went to university.
When I went to University I was given a neighbours phone number with strict instructions it was for emergencies only, between 0800 and 2100 hrs as they were elderly and I was to be at deaths door or preferably dead.

 

I remember mine too, despite having lost the majority of my early memories due to having a brain tumour at aged 11, and extensive brain surgery.
We were only told it was "Chorleywood 3931".
I think things have changed somewhat since then.

 

Yes, I can remember the phone number and also remember the registration numbers of all my father's cars.

 

You know that you should change passwords every so often and not have the same one for everything.
