As for the flying blackboard duster, my OH experienced that a few times,,not moi…

We had a teacher who used to do that, it would start with chalk and escalate to blackboard rubber. Then one day one lad caught it and reflexively threw it back, missing the teacher, stunned silence followed by "you boy! detention tonight!"
Still happened; the teacher just made sure it well out of reach.

 

I remember 'the look' @Star gaze Lily! I also remember - and learning my first French - reading the label on the HP brown sauce bottle!
