Beetle with a blue sheen

    Hi everyone, this is the third beetle I've seen, just wondering if it is a pest or not, sorry but the picture isn't great, it has a blue sheen, about 10mm in length, winged and this was in amongst my lavender. 20200524_225806.jpg

    Is that a blue mint beetle? Nah, maybe not. I think it could be a alder leaf beetle

    When I had a look that's what I came up with but I've got no mint or alder, I suppose the time to worry is if all my plants go missing:heehee:

      You did say it had wings:).....but not red or bovine
