berries

I must admit, the first thing that crossed my mind when I read about white berries associated with christmas, I didn't think about ones growing in the garden. I thought more about decoration.

Red berries being holly, white ones being mistletoe.

 

Sorry, a bit confused here Clueless. All berries grow in the garden, are you talking about artificial ones for decoration?

 

I think Clueless probably meant ones which normally grow in the garden Sheal mistletoe being one which you'd normally go looking in an old orchard for or in my case a carpark in fareham with a knife on a broom handle shhhhh...

 

I promise I won't split on you Aesculus! Can't vouch for the other 10,000 plus members though. Think you're secret might be out. And if you don't get down to that car park pretty smartish, you might find half of Gardeners Corner has beaten you to it!
