Best Supplier Of Compost 2021

Been clearing out the shed, came across part of my "old compost bags" collection.

 

Your shed must not get a clean very often Pete.. I remember Fisons growbag, Bowers and cambark design packaging very well.

 

Which compost did you rate the best out of those Pete?

 

It was a long time ago and to be honest I don't seem to remember any big difference between any of them.

 

I have a dreadful old summer house arrangement ( was here when we moved in) which is my equivalent of a shed. Totally agree with your sentiments, the only “ snag” for me is anybody passing can see the dreadful mess as the summer house is glass sided. Do I care tho? Um not really.
This is it AFTER a bit of a tidy out. You take your life in your hands opening the door as you are likely to be met by an avalanche of pots, canes and compost

Bear in mind this is only a small part of my collection, it could all add up to 3 figures.

I am away having a break, so only have my mobile, which I keep forgetting to put on charge. Also, forgot my reading glasses, so I am pleased I am only texting lopsided.

 

Bought this on Friday, anyone come across this one before?
It looks very different to the mud that is usually put into JI compost bags.

I noticed it was lighter when I picked it up, but it seems a very nice texture, as to what plants grow like in it, we will see.

Its the first bag of JI that I have opened and thought, yeah, I can use this straight from the bag.
