I've read the benefits of using BFB on my veg's but how often should it be applied?

Small garden plus bad back forces me to use a raised planter (Vegtrug) approx 6ft x 2ft, I treated it to a sprinkling of BFB in the springtime before planting veg, shallots, garlic, lettuce, courgettes and strawberries, plants seem to be growing well. I give them a feed of tomato feed about once a fortnight.

I'm not sure how soon a slow release fertilizer (BFB) would need replenishing

I suppose if you are going to keep the veg trug planted with something throughout the winter as well then it wouldn't hurt to add a little in the Autumn. Otherwise, I wouldn't add any more until next Spring.
