Not really online but you can order their catalogue online, I use wallis seeds and find them very good value, I think they save on costs by not having pretty pictures on their packets and in the catalogue

Contact..... Wallis seeds, Broads green, Great Waltham, Chelmsford, Essex, CM3 1DS Phone for a Catalogue on...01245.360413
    Or email on [email protected]

I have just emailed them thanks. I have noticed small packets of seeds amount up quite soon when purchasing from the local DIY/ garden store.

I get a lot of my seeds from eBay, really cheap and some of them do free postage and packing.

I bought several packets of seeds from an online company called Secret Seeds. They have a lovely website with pictures of what the seeds will grow into but they don't waste money on expensive packaging. The packets are tiny like the one inside the Thompson and Morgan outer packets. The disadvantage is that they are easy to lose so be careful where you put them. I've just planted my seeds and will let you know if they're successful.
