    Pete

Visit Scotland we have heaps of de-stressing tranquility up here and its mostly free. Not making promises that your tenner will be enough to buy much food or drink tho.

Congrats on the big win Pete! Mucho pollution in my city, but lots of green spaces & green people (an effect of the pollution ;) )Always say I'd escape the crime, mess & squash for the coast or country if I won. (need more than a tenner methinks). The big boys get my goat, but I fight my small fight in a small way & even though we have got local "chemical farms", we do have a city farm & the biggest/oldest allotment site in Europe - with organic growers mind. (hark at the advert  ) Plant lots of seeds, grow, crop, propagate, sell, make more dosh, buy more seeds etc. Try it without naughty chemicals!!!!

No doubt to continue at a later date, [IMG]

Now ive got an image of starwars style zap guns in the garden. Do you think that slugs and snails are on the dark side? And how good would your aim have to be to get an aphid?

They are definitely on the dark side. I spray cheap coffee on my plants to keep 'em off - Have you seen the ad with the racing snails? - swear they're from my garden ;) !! Need Dr Who to deal with aphids methinks.

Looks like the dark side outside again today, or is it just a big cloud over ilkeston, still plenty of pricking out and potting on to do ....I didn't really want to sit in the sun with a cuppa and a crossword anyway :(

Been gloomy here all day until about an hour ago, now its lovely & sunny. I think the weather people just toss a coin or roll a dice. & why do they all dress as if they're going out clubbing??
