Chicken manure pellets as Liquid feed

I purchased a bucket of Chicken manure pellets and would like to know if i can soak these in water to make a general liquid feed for my flowers, herbs and vegetable plants, and what ratio of pellets to water should i use.
The info on the side states N 4.8% P 2.2% K 3.1%
For feeding Flowers/Beds/Veg 100-300grams/ meter square.
Is there a chance i may kill the plants if i over feed them.

I don't use them on flowers as they're high in nitrogen.

But I do use them on squashes such as marrows and pumpkins, putting a handfull into the watercan (7L?), adding a small amount of water an leaving until they soften, swirl around so they break up, then top up with water. The cans I use are those plastic ones where the spout unscrews, so remove it to prevent remaining solids blocking the spout.

Will the high nitrogen make the flower plants more leafy and produce smaller flowers ?

 

Yes, put their efforts into leaf, not flowers. I use tomato fertilizer for flowers and soluble high nitrogen stuff (phostrogen, miracle grow, etc.,) for leafy stuff like lettuce to avoid bits of chicken poo pellets getting stuck between the leaves.
