    My simplistic view is that my electricity, currently, comes from Oil shipped from the middle East, or gas from Russia, so a one-time import of some solar panels and I then generate electricity from them for NN years seems even-Stevens to me. Better yet, I have also avoid further balanced of payment deficit, for NN years, with the middle East. Not environmentally friendly, but its gotta help locally.
