Beautiful music and video Pete. I adore Tigers and watch Tiger Island, amongst other wild animal programmes. Thank you for that.

I've posted videos of the Sant Anderau Jazz Band before.

The "star" is Andrea Motis, who can sing, play trumpet and alto and soprano sax to a highly professional standard. She must be 22 now. Her younger sister Carla plays guitar. She's about eighteen, same age as Rita Payes who plays trombone in this. The second trumpet is Alba Armengou, she's about seventeen.
The difference in personality between the two sisters is very noticeable. Andrea is very outgoing, Carla who has been playing on videos has always preferred to playing rhythm be in the background, never took a solo.

But lately, their mentor and leader Joan Chamorro has been featuring Carla more. She still seems very self conscious and always has a serious expression on her face, but you might get the hint of a smile at the end of a performance.

I thought they played this very well, th two sister particularly.

I love this song, made famous by Louis Armstrong.

I've always liked this tune, but my favourite version has always been this 1955 one.

You know how it is, you pull up to the drive, radio on and a tune comes on that you’ve never heard before, and you just have to sit and listen. This...

Heard this one before though. Not a song that I would normally gravitate towards, but he makes it his own...

Just listened to this as the original was part of the soundtrack to my late teen years. Back in the day he was very much marmite and this will probably be the same. They really tell the story, rather than just singing the words.
