    A lot of the time I have Magic Channel on the TV, not necessarily to watch, but they are currently doing late 60s/early 70s, my time.

    Love this and the title is appropriate at the moment ...

              Two of my favourites there, tho I slightly prefer The Pogues. Love Cave singing this MacGowan classic...



              'Murder Ballads'! One of Cave's best albums and the one that got me hooked on his music. I vividly remember first hearing part 1 of "O'Malley's Bar" on a free audio tape I got with Vox magazine, just listening to that track (very stoned! :heehee:) in college on a sunny afternoon and being blown away by how different and unhinged it sounded, my mates and girlfriend all thought it was bizarre and didn't know what to make of it. Last week I actually came across the complete live version it was taken from on YouTube, yay! :yes:

                  I was introduced to this song by a friend and its needs listening to severals times I found.sent to my Daughter and she never got past a few seconds.. she just got spooked by it..seconds that is no good in judging music...

                        @Upsydaisy I love Enya, she's one of the first artists that stood out to me as a child because my Nan was always playing her music (and Clannad's), what a voice! Came across this one on YouTube recently, just beautiful...

                          My favorite of Jess Glynne is Take me Home....
                          I was listening to Enya also Only Time, Mr. W is big fan of Enya but mostly has a 60's brick wall although I love the 60's I just like to give all music a chance and to me it is good for the sole to find another artist that you can appreciate in some way...I was put in a coma once many years ago, music I think saved my life because boy to you have the terrors when they wake you up again.
