    Hi
Im New here and this is all a first for me. Am a keen gardener but havent really got going with my new garden yet as its all turf....or was.
Thats my question. With all this very heavy rain my beautiful new turf (and yes I know this is my own fault) has in large places of the garden been completely mushed up by my two dogs large feet!!
They are now in their paved part of the garden whcih has only just been completed, so my question is, will the lawn recover or do I need to do something

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer
    R

I am not an expert gardener but and can only advise you from past experience. My St Bernard mushed up my garden until I removed her to a non-lawn part of the garden. The turf did recover come spring time although we did have to re-seed all the bare patches from the urine burning the grass !

I think getting rid of your dogs is a bit drastic although I have two myself and the lawn never looks as good as I would like.
