Does anyone know if these are still available anywhere [and if not why not]?
I think I remember someone finding a supplier ages ago, but I can't find the post and have had little luck googling.... a Bath freecycle member is asking.

A member of Bath freecycle is looking for the white 'propapak' ones, made of the white expanding polystyrene used for packaging- he can't find them anywhere and the ones he has are crumbling.
