    To All,

    I have planted a pair of Marguerite Daisies and afterwards I'd turned the soil over with the garden fork and placed Snail Killer pellets + Blood & Bone Fertiliser. I know there is some special fertiliser for these, what would you recommend??

    Much Appreciated,

    Bob.

    As they are growing in the ground,(might be a tad early), and you have added BFB as a base fertiliser I'd probably not bother feeding as such, especially for a while any way.:smile:

    Just like to add, go easy on the slug pellets;):biggrin:

      Pete is spot on....I don’t feed marguerites at all; or water actually. I find they flower much better if grown hard. Same with slug pellets.....overdone they actually attract slugs ironically. I also find slugs don’t usually go for marguerites. Not a fan of slug pellets....they often fail to kill slugs etc., but do damage wildlife; they also look awful on the ground:)

        @pete & Verdun,

        Many thanks your your kind advices as I will keep the slug pellets to a tiny minimum. My old man grown at least half a dozen Marguerites in his garden beds and these were his favorites...

          Living in a hot country where they are common, I think they need a little water and no feed whatsoever.
