Hi @Anthony Rogers, lovely photo's same as you I just can't believe that all my fuchsias are also in full bloom. I'm thinking of moving them into the greenhouse as I believe the weather is going to turn colder over the next couple of weeks :spinning:

        Hi Apple Blossom,

These ones are already in. The ones planted outside are still in leaf but not flowering.

Mine are all still outside and flowering like mad!! I keep watching the weather wondering whether to take them in but they seem to be loving the current wet, damp, sunny, windy, warm, cold etc etc weather but realise that if we have frost it may effect them. These are the ones I talked to you about which were starved of water by our house sitter whilst we were on holiday in September. Plants never seem to amaze me..... I thought they were going to die.... and here they are going stronger than ever..... amazing :spinning:

Do you know the cultivar name, or have you a photo ? I could probably tell you then whether they need to be taken in ot if they could stay out all Winter.

The torrential rain and wind last night has not been very kind to them

              Hi Apple Blossom,

I would definitely take the first one in as it looks like one of the American Doubles and they don't like the cold at all. The second one I can't really tell from the photo, it does look like a hardy but if it's only in a pot it does need extra protection or taking in.

Hi Anthony, Thank you for your advice, I am up North in Chester tomorrow for a week so I will before I go put both into the greenhouse where they will get shelter.

If I remember correctly I think the second one may be called Voodoo?

Voodoo is a large red/purple double, does that sound right ?
If so that is also a tender one.

Hi, yes it is... I will move this one too, thanks Anthony. I actually thought they were hardy so wasn't as worried about them. All my others have been pruned down and quiet happy in the greenhouse :) Thank you for the help.. as these two are my favourites :wub2:

I have one solitary flower left on my Shrimp Cocktail. She was very pretty when she was in full bloom in the summer, but that lone flower is stunning amidst all the gloom. Oh and she still outside.

Really? Funtastic!! Mind you, I'll need to get her out of the pot and pop her into the ground in the Spring.
Is the same true of "Army Nurse"? (They currently share the same pot). TIA :)
