    Palustris, insecticides can and do damage plants. An over concentration, an application in hot sunshine or an over sensitivity to certain chemicals can have a damaging effect.
    Fungicides too, for the same reason.
    Not that I always do this, but it is important to read the instructions and warnings on chemical packages before using any chemical ......often certain plants will be mentioned as not to be sprayed :)

    Cannot find any info on the spray (ready mixed) about sensitivity of certain plants. Nor were they sprayed at the wrong time. I tend to spray late at night when there are no bees or hover flies about. Not that I spray very often at all.
