    help!, ive moved house knocked down a garage and need to resite plants n shrubs and lay turf, will they survive if i do it now? some are flowering

    It isnt ideal but if you get lots of roots and keep very well watered most should be ok

    Hi lin
    When you move your plants to help your survival rate chop back all deciduos plants by half even though they are in flower. As where you have dug them up you will have unknowingly cut back root system by as much as half and so if you replant with only half the root system and all the original foliage then the plant will either drop all its leaves till next year or or just die, hope this long confusing and explination is helpfull.
