    Hi

Just wanted some advice from the experts on the below please.

We have bought a patio rose tree, some geraniums, oriental lillies, and a patio rose plant.

We are wanting this to thrive, look beautiful and return each year. I know i have to feed them and prune the roses but dont know when or how to do this.

They are planted in John Innes number 3 as recommended by the garden centre.

Please can anyone advice me on how to look after the above e.g when to feed and prune etc??

    Thanks

Feed with high potash liquid feed two weeks after planting, (gives them time to settle in.) dead head flowers regularly, prune in early spring ie mid feb to outward facing buds. Dont take any notice of garden centres JI No3 is expensive, any compost will do.

Personally I would fill half with well rotted manure and top up with compost
