Hi. I had to prune a grapevine yesterday as it was stopping a sun canopy from opening. I know this isn't the best time of year but it had to be done. It's an ornamental vine over the decking for shade.
Obviously it's now bleeding. Has anyone any advice on how to stop it? The branch of the vine was about 15mm diameter. I was considering using a kitchen blow torch on the wound to quarterize it. Would this work?
